Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed and shipped within 1–5 business days after full payment is received, depending on order size. Custom orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated by email.

Shipping & Tracking All orders are shipped with a tracking number. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Europe (EU): 3–7 business days
  • International (outside EU): 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Import Duties & Taxes Any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the customer. Packing slips for international shipments cannot be marked as a "gift" or with altered prices.
