Shipping policy

Delivery

All orders are shipped out from our warehouse in few days from receival of full payment except custom orders or items.  Actual shipping time and expected transit time from us to you will be communicated as soon as possible.

All orders are shipped with tracking number where you can follow actual arrival times.

Payments

Payment is to be made in advance by purchasing the product or service that you need through our secure shopping cart. This will ensure all orders are dealt with the same amount of caution and security, and will ensure a productive work streamline.

Once payment is received, your purchase will be scheduled to be completed and you will receive an email to that effect.

By placing your order on our website, you agree to our terms and that all sales are final.

• Pay by invoice

In case PayPal or credit card checkout is not working due to technical issues or when ordering a larger quantity of products.  Ask for the invoice by writing to info@upholsteryshop.eu 

 

Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Packing slips for International Shipments cannot be marked as a "gift" or with altered prices.
